The trainer is responsible for the execution of day-to-day training activities such as new joiner onboarding training, cascading product updates to the team, conducting refresher sessions based on training analyses, and other training initiatives to drive performance. He/she will be tasked to assist the Site Training Lead with tracking progress of training initiatives as well as communicating and scheduling training sessions for the whole team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Plan and schedule onboarding training

·         Facilitate onboarding training

·         Hold and report on go-live assessments for all new joiners

·         Design, plan and deliver ongoing targeted training

·         Create a targeted training curriculum in advance for the next quarter

·         Conduct needs analyses to understand training requirements for tenured agents

·         Attend training syncs internally and externally

·         Collaborate with the quality team to understand trends and common errors

·         Cross-train agents on new workflows

·         Involved in developing measures for performance management initiatives

·         Review and provide feedback on updated training materials from the client

·         Stay updated with the project trends and tool changes

·         Track completion for training roll-outs

·         Provides monthly Training Needs Analysis along with initiatives and recommendations


Key Qualifications/Skills

·         College Graduate with 1-2 years of experience as a trainer

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Sound decision making and organizational skills

·         Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

·         Proficiency in MS office applications as well as iWork (Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote)

·         Proven ability to master a full training cycle

·         Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques

·         Experience with change management

·         Ability to self-reflect and improve

·         Ability to demonstrate empathy
