We are looking for a strategic HRBP to lead HR in the Dock and act as part of the Dock leadership team ensuring we build and maintain a culture where creativity and innovation can thrive.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an overall talent and human capital strategy that ensures that the Dock has the talent plan to enable the business to meet the strategic goals and objectives against the backdrop of a dynamic and evolving environment. You will:

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Dock Leadership team to coach and advise on all people and talent matters as an active member of the Leadership team
  • Partner with the Dock Leadership team to design the organizational structures and talent initiatives to meet the business goals, both in the short and longer term.
  • Be an active member of the Dock Leadership team, influencing and shaping the Dock business agenda, ensuring talent is a key part of business planning.
  • Promote a truly human culture, helping to instil behaviours that put people first while operating a dynamic environment.
  • Actively champion, promote and co-ordinate inclusion and diversity efforts.
  • Drive development and succession planning for the Dock focussed on next generation skills and capabilities as well as leadership skills and behaviours
  • Provide ongoing data and insights to shape talent agenda.
  • Ensure overall effective HR service design and delivery to the Dock, including but not limited to, onboarding, performance achievement, transfers/secondments/rotations, employee engagement, leavers, employee relations and promotion of HR shared services.
  • People management responsibility for a HR Advisor.
  • Partner with colleagues in global teams and centres of excellence, to ensure relevancy of programs and initiatives and facilitate implementation planning by providing entity specific insight.
  • Be an active member of the Ireland HR Leadership team, contributing and leading out on talent strategy for Ireland and to the development of the HR team.
  • Ensure strong connection with the Accenture Ireland campus.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Have a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent
  • 5 years plus experience of operating as a senior Strategic HRBP
  • Strong organisational design and talent management capability
  • Advanced mentoring and advisory skills at leadership levels and demonstrable ability to influence at all levels
  • A real passion for innovation
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment
