Position Summary:
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of an Internet of Things platform. The role requires strong service delivery skills, deep technical knowledge (preferably in IoT technologies) and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance the services offered.  

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary client day to day contact for the delivery of the IoT Service, this includes; digital customer facing channels, the IoT Application and Cloud Infrastructure. 
  • Manage the incident process end to end, from ticket raised through to resolution.
  • Prepare Weekly / Monthly Service Management reports for the Senior Management team
  • Manage a service delivery team located in multi-locations
  • Deliver continuous service improvement and change enhancements
  • Use design thinking with agile thinking to interpret customer requirements accurately and innovate on the service
  • Work with the Product Manager to align and refine the Product Back-log
  • Define long-term roadmaps and releases plans
  • Manage budgets and resourcing

Experience and technical skills:

  • 4+ years of service management, ideally with an IoT Platform
  • Technical understanding of IoT technologies a distinct advantage 
  • Experience of delivering using multi-location teams
  • Service Management practitioner


  • ITIL Certification
  • PMP / Agile Certification or similar qualification
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification
