The Federal Financial Change Management Consultant will support the establishment a robust Change Management effort to enhance governance and leadership engagement, formalize stakeholder management, and streamline training development/delivery and program communications for the client. This candidate will work to develop an overarching Change Management strategy and plan, coordinate and develop training materials for clients, establish a communications plan, and contribute to training scope, schedule, risks, quality, and delivery requirements. 

The Federal Financial Change Management Consultant will assist with training logistics for workshops, analysis and recommendations, and prepare training materials to effectively facilitate proactive resolution of problems. The team member will be required to gain a working knowledge of federal financial reporting, federal business processes, internal controls and OMB A-123, risk management, governance, and financial management systems in support of our clients' efforts to produce the Statement of Assurance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3 years of Change Management experience
  • 5 years of experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Project
  • 5 years of training and communications experience
  • US Citizenship Required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Federal Accounting concepts and requirements
  • Federal Government Accounting and/or Auditing experience
  • Understanding of the DoD's financial environment and operations
  • CPA, CGFM, or CDFM are a plus
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Self-Driven, Detail Oriented, and Motivated 
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
