  • Experience in commercial real estate an advantage

Job Summary

  • Develop global approach to communicate financial impacts of capital investments to local and global senior leadership, including support processes
  • Assist with automation of Infrastructure Capital Management process
  • 50:50 split between Operations and Finance
  • SPOC between Corporate Real Estate and GS Finance (Global & Local)
  • Providing advisory support, strategy, consultation and direction on Corporate Real Estate and Finance related issues with a view to streamline processes and driving efficiencies
  • Work on ad-hoc analysis and operational projects as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost review of individual Infrastructure Capital projects and communication with leadership of financial impacts of scope change, cost overruns and other ad hoc events to local profitability and capital budgets
  • Manage GU GS Finance relationship supporting local profitability impact calculations
  • Understanding and communication of impacts on internal charging model where appropriate
  • Analyzing cross-GU run rates and spend analysis versus plan while preparing quantitative and qualitative analysis around minimizing risks and costs
  • Preparing management information including Key metrics on a regular basis.
