Job Description
The Claims Developer Associate Manager has the following responsibilities:
-Completes complex customizations and development tasks 
-Provides guidance and peer review work completed by junior developers 
-Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems 
-Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals 
-Uses considerable judgement to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

-Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
-Uses own judgment to determines optimal solution to recommend.
-Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams leads. Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
-Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
-Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
-Manages medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Basic Qualifications:
•           Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing applications using C#.Net, Visual Studio, MVC, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript is a must.
•           Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a lead role (preferably across multiple clients) 
Preferred Skills:
•           Experience in designing and developing/configurating Duck Creek Claims across FNOL, Desktop, Financials using Configuration Consoles, developing/configuring activities, configuring tasks, forms, events etc.
•           Experience in P&C Insurance Industry
•           Hands On technical experience with systems integration (Policy, Billing, Claims, Reinsurance, third-party systems)
•           Excellent analytical and technical skills.
•           Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
H1B visas are eligible only if Preferred Qualification of Duck Creek Claims experience applies.
