Role Description:
The role of the Technology Delivery Lead Manager is to bring the latest innovation and technology ideas in order to plan, deliver and execute of one or more Technology projects and programs for Accenture and its clients. Your role involves working to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and programs/projects/portfolios meet operational, contractual and economic commitments.
Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Deliver best-practice technology solutions by understanding and translating customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success
  • Empower excellence in delivery seeing the unforeseen, delivering reliable, measurable, repeatable and predictable results with reduced risk and speed to market
  • Be accountable for ensuring technology solutions represent current and future business requirements
  • Manage Client Relationships by leading and supporting sales by involving the right people at the right time to respond to client opportunities
  • Develop, manage and grow trust-based relationships with a client
  • Build and leverage deep understanding of the relevant market and industry to influence client strategies
  • Implement a continuous improvement approach to achieve expectations on delivery efficiency and effectiveness, balancing cost and quality
  •  Plan, deliver and execute project(s) and program(s)
  • Oversee/support the execution of delivery work across one or more clients or portfolios
  • Address issues across the client(s)/portfolio(s); create the project/program approach
  • Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
  • 7+ plus years technical and business delivery experience
  • A minimum of 7 years program project management experience
  • Excellent leadership experience, team management, working across multiple work streams
  • Experience of leading and mentoring team and encouraging the team to excel.
  • Strong executive presence, ability to communicate complex issues to both senior management and to the delivery team
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
