Senior Digital Account Manager

Boomerang, the digital creative agency for life sciences part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager who is one of the key contact points between the client and the company’s organization, an individual with a passion for managing projects in a geographically distributed, mixed-team environment, with very strong communication and facilitation skills, combined with a sense of urgency and high degree of pro-activity.

Roles and Responsibilities
• End to end ownership of business relationship for a full account or for a strategic program
• Acts as single point of contact towards a group of clients
• Coordination and follow-up of client’s activities
• Direct interaction with the client’s project management team
• Defining project scope based on the client needs and requirements
• Monitoring the plan and schedule for content production, supported by the Account Executives
• Monitoring the plan and schedule for system development, supported by the IT Project Manager
• Monitoring of deliverables towards contractual or verbal agreements
• Identifying and managing project risks, managing deviations & change requests
• Project status reporting to client and company management
• Coaching & mentoring of junior project/account team members
• Continuous improvement of project processes
• Ensuring on-budget and on-time delivery
• Maintaining company’s standards for extremely high-quality deliverables
Desired skills

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business is mandatory, a previous education in sciences is a nice to have
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication, any further language is a plus (French or German)
• At least 2 years of experience of account management roles inside a digital marketing agency
• Proven experience of implementing client online marketing or externally-facing web sites
• Proven experience of full life-cycle projects (project definition to post-launch)
• Proven experience of driving revenue objectives and focus on profitability 
• High responsiveness to changing landscape of priorities, timelines and client requirements plus curiosity and passion for new and emerging digital trends is important to be successful in this position
