Job Summary
 

This role has direct responsibility for leading the Graduate Recruitment Programme for Consulting, Technology and Analytics for the Ireland business. Project manage the graduate recruitment process from beginning to end and work closely with your stakeholder and all related aspects of sourcing, screening, scheduling and on-boarding.

 
Key Responsibilities
 
Graduate Recruitment
  • Project manage the grad recruitment process from beginning to end.
  • Ensuring all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorization sourcing channels and processes
  • Interpreting resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pool
  • Work closely to Recruitment Marketing and the University Action Team Lead to design to develop creative attraction and engagement strategies.
  • Forecasting placements based on demand, changes in the client’s business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand
  • Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service
  • Attend graduate and career fairs on behalf of Accenture
  • Develop recruitment strategies to enhance recruitment processes
  • Produce statistical analysis on candidate management processes
  • Liaise with nearshore & offshore teams on key aspects relating to screening, scheduling & on boarding
  • Introduce new initiatives to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage a programme of activities for Relationship Management for all candidates in the offer pipeline
  • Develop new strategies for ensuring key messages are communicated to candidates throughout the recruitment and pre-joiner period
  • Drive forward improvements in candidate management from the point of application to the date of joining from within Graduate Recruitment team, nearshore & offshore teams and the wider business
  • Manage business and stakeholder’s expectations
  • Conduct interviews and training for managers on interviewing.
  • Ensure programmes are in line with business objectives of each DTE.
Apprenticeship Recruitment
  • Project manage the Apprenticeship recruitment process from beginning to end.
  • Forecasting placements based on demand ensuring all is approved through the correct channels.
  • Produce statistical analysis on candidate management processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on key aspects relating to advertise, screening, scheduling & on boarding
  • Manage a programme of activities for Relationship Management for all candidates in the offer pipeline
  • Ensure programmes are in line with business objectives
Team Lead
  • First point of approval for overtime requests, holiday requests, WFH requests for the Learning & Talent Development team
  • Provide training and regular feedback, coaching and guidance to team members
  • Project work
  • Additional responsibilities as may be added

Qualifications and Experience

Education
  • Bachelor degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline
Work Experience
  • Proven experience at Specialist level or equivalent
  • 3 – 4 years project management experience
  • Experience managing graduate recruitment process from beginning to end
  • Experience of working in busy / reactive environment
  • Experience in conducting interviews.
  • Budget management experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of working in a professional services environment
  • Knowledge of graduate recruitment industry and student job search trends
  • Competitor awareness
  • Employment law regarding Selection and Assessment (e.g. data privacy, discrimination)
  • Knowledge of Selection and Assessment processes/best practice
  • Robust personality and ability to work at a senior level
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong organisation Skills / Time Management
  • Event management
  • Presentation skills
