People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. Trainer of Customer Service Center will monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment and outcomes, including classroom, courseware curriculum and instructor readiness, and prepare internal faculty members to conduct sessions.

 

As a key player of client delivery, trainer must be able to provide feedback in training curriculum and outcome to Service Delivery Lead and Client.

  • Implements communication plans including both push and pull communication channels with business leaders to build awareness of various avenues to build capability, such as training, assets and collaboration, leverage Accenture Learning or other shared services where appropriate
  • Regularly provides feedback on content and recommend improvement of courseware
  • Provides service delivery support for training calendar delivery for the required entity and ensures adequate participation in the calendar events
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with sponsors and subject matter experts
  • Excellent communication skills Ability to support shift based work schedule including weekends

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience with client interaction
