Key Responsibilities for the Transaction Processing Representative:
  • Analyzes and designs processes with business stakeholders using process maps, process flows, process and controls documentation
  • Acts as a system administrator for our Salesforce contract management system (implement business rules, configure approval logic, resolve user issues etc.)
  • Resolves internal queries on contract administration processes
  • Interacts with the legal team, sales team and other stakeholders to ensure timely and correct execution of contracts.
  • Be able to understand the various databases, workflow and contract templates. Ability to connect dots and provide solutions or recommendations.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years' of work experience in a client facing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience on automated contract execution system like Docusign

 

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Willing to dive into details of contracting operations
  • Ability to meet multiple, demanding deadlines simultaneously  
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a complex and fast paced environment
