The successful candidate will be a managing director in Accenture Federal Services (AFS) and the General Manager and Client Account Leader (CAL) in the Safety & Citizens Portfolio.  The CAL has accountability for all aspects of the Accenture business relationship.  This includes overall sales and P&L growth, balance and quality of services across the service lines, maintaining relationships with and ensuring the satisfaction of the client, building and maintaining a high performing, highly engaged account team, and building high performance delivered credentials in line with Accenture’s brand positioning. The focus is on bringing the best of Accenture to the client; building the right mix and combination of teams and capabilities, and understanding client challenges and strategic opportunities. 

S/he must be a hands-on leader, be entrepreneurial by nature, be a positive disruptor, and bring a passion and proven ability for growing businesses and winning in the market.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in consulting and general management growing large-scale process-led IT transformation and/or applications outsourcing, and business process outsourcing businesses.
  • Strong relationships across Safety & Citizen Services leadership and buying commands.
  • Department “fluency and literacy” about the major issues (e.g. budget, priorities, etc.), competitors, and key market trends.
  • Ability to drive rigorous, fact-based analysis of client business problems that align well to the company’s performance drivers and proves/disproves hypotheses; helping others develop solutions.

 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
