Accenture Technology focuses on offering groundbreaking and differentiated cloud services to our clients across leading and emerging application platforms – in particular Salesforce, Workday, Google and Pega. These services include cloud strategy and technology consulting, as well as Cloud application implementation, integration and management services. In order to meet the market momentum that we see, we continue to rapidly grow our team with organic and inorganic expansion across the globe.
 
We are looking for functional and technical experts in Salesforce and Salesforce ISVs such as Veeva, Cloudsense, CallidusCloud, Apttus, Pros, Zuora, and ServiceMax. Along with cloud middleware vendors, such as Infomatica, IBM Cast Iron, Dell Boomi and Mulesoft. You will work with key client Business and IT users to define business requirements and design solutions to meet their needs.
 
We are hiring Salesforce Manager who will grow and define our Salesforce capability in Ireland:
  • Work with the C-suite at our clients orchestrating strategies to use cutting edge new IT for the greatest strategic impact/ competitive advantage.
  • Help CMOs/CIOs define the value case for Salesforce.
  • Help our clients understand how to utilise Salesforce and related technologies to their advantage through the creation of blueprints, roadmaps and governance structures.
  • Focus on problem solving and high paced value creation for our clients; using the Salesforce platform to deliver business value and support future growth through ‘new’ digital, cloud, and next generation technologies.
  • Undertaking sales origination, including working with other Accenture teams in seeing opportunities to build a successful practice.
  • Bring ‘new IT’ methods and tools to our clients (e.g. Agile/ Scrum, DevOps, Design Thinking) in combination with Accenture’s proprietary Salesforce implementation methodology.
  • Craft and lead Salesforce implementations
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in Salesforce and Salesforce ISVs such as Cloudsense, CallidusCloud, Apptus, Pros, Zuora, Chameleon, Thunderhead, Ciphercloud, RemedyForce and ServiceMax.
  • Confirmed ‘hands on’ experience on a number of Salesforce implementations, in either an application lead, delivery lead or solution architect role.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with Salesforce/ Salesforce ISVs
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS and PaaS value propositions and a desire to grow into an inspiring leader in this area.
  • A proven ability to find opportunities for value creation based on core understanding of Salesforce platform technologies.
  • An ability to challenge a client's thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the implications of complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences.
  • Experience of defining and delivery IT strategy integrating ‘new’, next generation Technologies into organisations’ landscape.
  • Deep understanding of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
  • Confidence in presenting challenging points of view to Director- and Executive-level clients (i.e. CTO/CIO).
  • Ability to grow a strong team of Consultants and Business Analysts.
  • Experience structuring activities that play to a team's strengths and provide opportunities for others to grow.
