Accenture Resources is recruiting across Consultant and Manager levels to join our active and rapidly growing community.

What responsibilities will you have?

We are looking for Program and Project Managers to operate in a business delivery client facing environment. The role requires strong program and project management skills, demonstrating a delivery track record of business solutions in a client-facing environment. We are looking for individuals with a consistent track record of ability to ramp-up quickly and to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a strong client and delivery focus at all times.

A typical engagement might include:

  • Crafting and driving a program from initiation stage to project close
  • Ensuring that the project vision and goals are clearly defined
  • Managing program and project scope
  • Defining and maintaining program roadmap and project plans, roles and responsibilities of team members
  • Facilitating client workshops to present and validate and achieve stakeholder consensus on business approaches, requirements or plans
  • Ensuring issues and risks are actioned and mitigated in a timely manner
  • Handling engagement of multiple stakeholders across multiple working groups
  • Creation of status reports for management partners

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Experience of project / programme management and / or redesigning processes
  • Minimum 6+ years business delivery experience
  • Excellent leadership experience, team management, working across multiple work streams
  • Strong planning and budget management skills
  • Experience of leading multiple partners
  • Experience of working in the Utilities industry is advantageous
  • PMP certified or similar qualification advantageous
