You will be working across multiple clients, all in Products Industry. This will include; Consumer Goods companies, Pharmaceutical companies and Retail. You will work collaboratively with the Client Account Leads (CAL) for the major accounts, and also work directly with the Technology team in Dublin.
The requirements of a typical Sales Leads are:
  • A technology account management and sales capture background with strong client-facing skills
  • Previous experience in any of the top consulting companies, IPPs or equivalent, with particular exposure to demonstrating a similar model to drive growth
  • Extensive work experience with a global delivery centres and at client sites
  • Experience of selling in the Irish market
  • Developing opportunities in Ireland for Accenture’s Application Services
  • Coordinating a response for existing leads
  • Articulating Accenture's value proposition to the client (educating the client about the efficiencies of our tools and accelerators)
  • Discussing contractual and commercial constructs of relevant deals
  • Rapidly respond to tactical resource requirements
  • Organising quality RFP responses
  • Driving incremental sales and generating additional revenue under the sponsorship of the CAL and the Operating Group (OG) Application Services Lead, with a focus on growing the Application Services business
  • Developing and handling client relationships at the mid-management levels to identify business requirements and define service requirements for new services
  • Using the Global Delivery Network (GDN) capabilities to influence solution and resourcing strategies
  • Working closely with the CAL and the GDN to contribute to the scope of work, schedule and cost
  • Participating in account planning and forecasting activities
Skills & Experience
  • Experienced Manager or Senior Manager
  • Needs 8 plus years experience in sales in the Technology space - SAP or packaged software Sales experience
  • Experience in working with Product Companies
  • Able to work self-sufficiently
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification
  • Deep understanding and connections in Irish technology market, preferably coming from a Consulting background
