We are a multidisciplinary research and incubation hub, where designers, developers, visionaries and makers are doing things that matter for people, places and robots. Located in the heart of the Dublin Docklands in a connected, state-of-the-art workspace designed for creativity, collaboration and fun.
Who are you?
You are a kick-ass Design Project Management Specialist ready to join a fast-paced, growing innovation centre. You will operate across all stages of the innovation spectrum, with a remit to build the future in real-time. You will thrive in an open and interactive working environment, which facilitates collaboration with colleagues, clients and ecosystem partners. Our experimentation culture, combined with a disruptive brief, will ensure that together we will make it count.
What You’ll Be Doing;
  • Play a hands-on program management role on strategic programs. Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, consultants, developers, motion graphics artists, QA and other internal staff

  • Assess projects’ performance, risks, issues, impact on delivery commitments and feasibility and options to address these
  • Continually communicate project status to stakeholders through various formal and informal mechanisms
 Other Requirements;
  • Be a storyteller: A critical element of all our roles is to deliver insights about people and behaviour verbally and visually - in a way that generates empathy, emotion, and engagement from the client and design team
  • A natural skill to engage with people at a deep level. Whether observing or interviewing customers, or working with fellow team members and clients, be passionate about representing the human perspective in design and have skills in bringing this passion to life for the team
  • A self-starter who identifies opportunities and potential problems – addressing them effectively and efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about excellence and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead, inspire and engage teams with experience of working with diverse teams, skillsets and business challenges
  • Ability to interface with and/or manage complex technical solutions
  • Experience of leading change and transformation programmes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, and an ability to foster relationships at all levels within the organisation

Your Skills and Qualifications;
  • At least 5+ years of digital program management / delivery management experience with roles of increasing responsibility (including direct line management)
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative and interactive (particularly digital/mobile/iTV development) initiatives
  • Be a certified in Agile practices i.e. CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with and manage a wide variety of professional staff
  • Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management of client organizations
  • Ability to cost estimate large range of project types, and to track and meet budgets
