Upon joining the Technology Analyst Group, you will be part of a team of IT specialists working in client-facing roles in many of the world's best-known companies, household names at the front of their field in virtually every industry.
We’re helping clients to implement previously unimaginable concepts, often using leading-edge technologies on projects that are pushing the boundaries of what is technically possible. Depending on the nature of the project, you could find yourself working with technologies such as Java, C#, AWS, Machine Learning Protocols, and Hadoop among others. Accenture is also researching advancements in the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence for particular clients.
You’ll be developing new technologies that are way beyond the reach of any single enterprise. You’ll develop best-in-class technical skills as you take on challenging project work – designing, building and supporting solutions for clients. Depending on the nature of the project, you could find yourself working with new and emerging technologies such as those below: .
On joining Accenture, you’ll find a mix of excellent on-the-job experience and a combination of in-house and external courses. When you begin your role with the Technology Analyst Group, you will be given extensive training that will look at Design, Development, Testing and Deployment, which will prepare for the diverse projects ahead. You can also expect to get advice on technology trends as well as training courses in areas such as Application Management, Testing, Microsoft technologies, Java, SAP, Business Intelligence, Legacy Systems and Agile methodologies. You can join the Technology Analyst Group from any academic discipline; we’re particularly keen to recruit graduates from science, technology, engineering and maths backgrounds. You’ll need a minimum of 400 Leaving Cert points and a predicted 2:2 degree.
