How to Apply to Accenture's Grad Programme

Important application information

Applications to our 2024 Graduate Programme have now closed. Our 2025 programme will open to applications in autumn of 2024. We typically offer roles in five graduate streams: Analytics | Consulting | Software Engineering | Cyber Security | Business & Technology Integration

 

During your application, you will be redirected to our partner site to process your application.

 

The first step will be to complete an online profile. Include lots of relevant info and keywords in your profile. The more information you add to your profile, the stronger it becomes. Dedicate some time to completing your profile and think about the skills that will make you stand out.

3 step application

There are 3 simple steps to apply to the graduate programme stream of your choice; Business & Technology Integration, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Analytics, Consulting or Interactive.

Online profile

Select the application form for your preferred stream to build your online profile.

Discovery portal assessment

You’ll get an email within 5 working days to let you know if you’ve successfully progressed to the Discovery Portal stage. It includes a series of short online assessments.

Invitation to virtual assessment & interview

If you're the right fit, you'll be invited to a virtual assessment and interview. It's an interactive way for us to see how you solve challenges in virtual environments.

 

Application timeline

Here’s a detailed view of the application timeline from start to finish, to help you know what to expect.

1. Online application

Applications to our 2024 Graduate Programme have now closed.

2. Discovery portal

If you seem suitable for the role, you’ll be invited to the Discovery Portal stage, within 5 working days. It’s a series of short assessments and typically takes 1 hour to complete, but there’s no time limit.

3. Virtual assessment

Two weeks after the close of applications you may be invited for an interview and virtual assessment. The assessment focuses on solving problems in a virtual environment.

4. Final interview

The final stage in the application process is a formal one-to-one interview with an Accenture Senior Manager or Managing Director.

We evaluate your profile and psychometric test, instead of a CV. There is a function to import information from your CV.

The application takes 15-30 mins depending on your input. The assessment typically takes 1 hour to complete.

Focus on keywords around your skills, experience, subjects and grades. You’ll save time by having this info to hand.

You can start and stop, as you wish. The application will save the data.

The more information you add to your profile, the stronger your application becomes. Dedicate some time to it.

It’s designed to analyse your natural strengths and decision-making. Make sure to read all the information provided.

Be excited and passionate. Tell us why you want to work with us and what appeals to you. Don’t forget to ask questions!

They’re formal and designed to help us understand what motivates you and how you’d handle different work situations. Listen to the questions carefully and give us concise, relevant information.

Smart casual attire.

Yes, you should expect to participate in group exercises during the first interview and assessment stage.

Being part of the exercise is more important than leading it. How you interact with and support others will be a key factor.
