Applicaions open on 10th September 2018 and close on 4th November 2018
We aim to move candidates quickly through our recruitment process and keep you informed at every stage. Our offers for the programme are extended before Christmas.
With both online applications and interviews, we aim to get back to people with a decision within 5 to 10 working days. If you’re invited to an assessment centre, we aim to provide you with feedback within 15 days.
The majority of our start dates are from September 2019 onwards but we may be able to offer some earlier start dates but this depends on business demand.

Accenture’s approach to recruitment is underlined by our core value of Best People and our principle of meritocracy. In short, Accenture seeks to attract, develop and retain the best talent for our business and to foster a fair, positive and inclusive environment. If you are interested in applying for a role with Accenture, please note that Accenture is bound by applicable Irish immigration rules and obligations which place some restrictions on our recruitment for entry-level roles.
Due to the very high volumes, we cannot give feedback to every applicant. However, we do aim to give information about our criteria throughout the process so candidates understand the range of skills we are looking for. Candidates who are unsuccessful at Assessment Centre and interview can request more detail on the Assessment Centre should they need it.

You can always take something from every role and if it’s not what you expected, try to see it as a crucial learning opportunity. All projects and roles are important and aim to develop you into a trusted and successful professional in your area of expertise. Sometimes it’s not until later in your career, that you realise the value of each experience, when it comes in useful at an unexpected time. That being said, you should always strive to be open with your line manager, team and career counsellor, as their role is to support your learning and development at Accenture.
