Highlights of Accenture’s celebration of International Women’s Day 2016 in Indonesia
Our research “Getting to equal: How digital is helping close the gender gap at work” examines how digital fluency—the extent to which people embrace and use digital technologies—is creating new opportunities for women throughout their career lifecycle, from education to work to advancement, and helping level the playing field for women. Digital fluency measures how digital technology is used to develop people to be more knowledgeable, effective and connected at work.
