Total Workforce Intelligence for Energy Companies: How to increase the return on employee and contingent labor spend.

Driving Wise Decisions

To be competitive in today’s economic environment, attentive workforce management is critical. A holistic approach should cover employees and contingent labor (including contractors, temporary staff and project-based hires).

Accenture and Airswift are collaborating to offer a robust analytics service to help companies select the right people in the right locations—enhancing agility in today’s competitive and fast-paced business environments.

Data and Analytics Shape an Efficient Workforce

Accenture and Airswift’s Total Workforce Intelligence solution provides access to baseline data on integrated talent such as wages, skills, availability and locations—along with industry benchmarks. Based on the Accenture Insights Platform, this rapidly deployable service helps enable informed decisions for better workforce planning and just-in-time hiring.

The data and analysis are presented in a visually appealing user interface and dashboard to accelerate decision-making for enhanced spend and workforce performance.

  • Strategic planning for future talent needs and succession
  • Business-centered decision making based on talent data
  • Spend and performance

Enhanced Results

Stronger control of non-employee spend.

The wealth of data and analytics can be used to negotiate savings on current contingent labor costs, and to avoid costs on future rate cards.

Improved talent planning.

Multiple data sources help energy companies manage the supply and demand of talent.

Higher productivity.

Gaining visibility into performance—by function, discipline, tenure and cost—helps build high-performance teams. Reducing cycle time for performance-management analysis allows more time to develop people into stronger performers.

The flexible, on-demand platform can be adapted to suit the needs of any organization. The Accenture and Airswift alliance facilitates specialized pre-delivery support for reliable, actionable data, as well as coaching to help organizations get optimal results from their data.

Regardless of economic conditions, having access to reliable and current industry data helps companies select the right people in the right locations, thus enhancing agility in competitive and fast-paced business environments.
