Jack Azagury is a senior managing director leading Accenture’s Resources business in North America serving the utilities, energy, chemicals and natural resources industries. He is also a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council and North America Leadership Team.
Prior to his current role, he led Accenture’s North America utilities business, served as the global lead for Accenture's Smart Grid Services business, led Accenture’s Management Consulting practice for North America Resources and led Accenture’s North America utilities strategy practice.
Azagury has advised utilities globally on large-scale business transformations, smart grid programs, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and business unit strategies. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and has published numerous articles on the future of the utilities industry, the attributes of high performing utilities, and the transformation towards a distributed and digitally enabled grid.
Azagury joined Accenture in 1996 in London and was elected Partner in 2003. Prior to joining Accenture, Azagury worked on strategy and business development in the software industry in the United Kingdom, United States and Japan.
Azagury holds a Master of Software Engineering degree from Imperial College London and a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD.
He lives in New York with his wife and two children.
