I work in Accenture Operations, where we help businesses re-imagine their operational and business processes to drive sustainable growth. Our services range from providing outsourcing assistance, transforming sales processes, helping clients deliver meaningful customer experiences and many more. As a business process delivery specialist, I lead my team to learn how best we can help our clients. We do this by understanding their pain points, the challenges they face and untapped capabilities that they have, while making sure that the entire team can reach their full potential.
When I first joined Accenture, I was impressed by the limitless opportunities available to all. Everyone was encouraged to pursue the role and project based on their interest so that they can thrive. A year after joining Accenture, I transitioned to becoming a working mom, and it was a meaningful experience.
