Job Summary
A Specialist within Mobility is responsible for assisting in the delivery of mobility services in connection with all Accenture cross border policies and for understanding and escalating risk areas and compliance issues for the country(ies) of responsibility within their region under the supervision of the SEA Mobility Lead.
In addition, the Corporate Mobility Country Business Advisor is responsible for providing assistance and support related to the control points agreed with the Mobility offshore team to ensure smooth delivery of mobility operations under the supervision of the SEA Mobility Lead.
In this specific role the Corporate Mobility Specialist may have to deliver specific contributions in the immigration and income and social tax areas, as well as offering support to our International Travellers on Cross Border Assignment. These are detailed below:
Key Responsibilities:
Immigration Operations
Assist to manage immigration processing
Contribute to immigration positioning for country(ies) of responsibility
Assist in analyzing and providing solutions for complex immigration situation and inquires
Ensure the immigration tool that contains immigration guidelines is updated on a timely basis when changes occur
Assist in ensuring working relationship with external immigration service provider in local country is established, Statements of Work (SOW's) are completed and deliverables for immigration compliance are set up and met
Assist on immigration project planning in ensuring compliance and timeliness completion on any immigration related applications
Tax Operations
Assist with tax ID applications and cancellations
Assist to review annual tax services eligibility memo
Assist with annual tax process and information gathering
Assist with ad hoc queries
Assist with tax payments and administration work
Assist with the quarterly true up process and reporting
Assist with registration & de-registration for BPJS Health along with any related requirements
Assignment Management Operations
Support Mobility Service Lead in assisting and advising, where required, on accommodation and transport arrangement for employees on assignment to Indonesia per relevant policies
Assist Mobility Service Lead in analyzing and providing solutions for complex accommodation requirements
Be the local subject matter expert and provide insights into norms on transportation, accommodation and schooling, etc to help the business and/or employee make informed decisions for the relocation (under the direction of a Mobility Service Lead)
Assist Mobility Service Lead in connecting with local vendors on both a face-to-face or virtual basis to ensure compliance to processes and policies, maintain the quality of service provided to employees.
General
Establish relationships with local key Mobility stakeholders such as HR, Recruitment, Business Project Contacts, and external vendors.
Be on point to manage and drive issue resolutions on the ground as required
To be the Mobility representative in Indonesia, assisting the SEA case managers on ad hoc queries
Build and maintain relationship with appointed vendors
Serve as an escalation point for the business/internal teams
Support external or internal audit requirements (can be tax, immigration, etc)
Ad hoc projects, general admin and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
Education
University degree or equivalent higher education qualification
Qualification in a related field (e.g. Immigration, Tax, HR) an advantage
Skills
Strong customer service and advisory skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Self-starter, with good organizational skills
Critical thinker with superior issue resolution skills
Aptitude for working with numbers
Time and Deadline Management
Understanding of Accenture business strategy, objectives and organization structure
Use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
Work Experience
Previous knowledge of Mobility processes an asset
