Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Focus in responding user queries.
-Assisting user and resolve issues related to custom web application that we have -developed during pilot project, called “Vendor Invoicing Portal” or “VIP”.
-Analyze and do escalation If there is any ticket that is categorized as bugs and require bugs fixing, they will ask related project team to perform bugs fixing.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

-Associate Degree/College Diploma: D3 is required, graduate in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Based in Semarang or willing to relocate to Semarang.
-Good English communication skills.
