Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform project monthly financial analysis based on an actual from CFM/ relevant parties
Conduct monthly variance analysis and follow up with team members to perform a reversal (if necessary)
Monitor budget and forecast constraints of project
Maintain financial /resource planning
Coordinate with team leads for resourcing plan
Coordinate with CM/ CFM for financials matters and HR for resourcing matters
Assist with the daily financial activities including financial resource planning, sponsor funding allocation, budget control and management of project fund.
Perform monthly variance analysis on the resources financial plan and assist with the communication process to the resources on project reversal tracking.
Support the financial team on the monthly and quarterly financial reporting to ensure the financial deliverables are met within the prescribed timeline.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Entry level: At least Bachelor's degree in IT , Computer Sciences , Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management skills.
Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and problem-solving skills
Make quality decisions
Good communication in English
Willing to relocate or work in Semarang
