Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to support business needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data engineering activities with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing extract, transform, and load processes to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Expertise in building scalable and reliable data pipelines that ensure data integrity and availability.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and database management systems to optimize data retrieval and storage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain high-quality data standards.
- Experience working with distributed computing frameworks and cloud-based data platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
