Role Overview:
As a BW Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering business value through technology-enabled solutions. You will assess the current state, capture high-level requirements, and define business solutions that align with strategic objectives. This role requires strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, leadership skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing current processes and defining solutions.
- Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
- Develop business cases outlining benefits and impacts of proposed solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders on objectives.
- Create and maintain documentation of business processes and technology solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing business solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide solutions to complex problems and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

- Intermediate proficiency in data modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis.
- Expert proficiency in problem-solving.
- Master proficiency in software testing.
- Intermediate proficiency in project coordination.
