About the Role
As an Associate Director within Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting CFO&EV team, you will be at the forefront of driving financial transformation and enterprise performance improvements for leading organizations. With a global network of over 4,000 consultants, our CFO&EV team delivers end-to-end services addressing the critical challenges faced by Finance Executives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategies across CFO Value Strategy, Digital Finance Transformation, and Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
As part of our expanding team, you will collaborate with both local and global colleagues to help our clients transform their finance functions, making them more efficient, effective, and innovative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex finance transformation projects, focusing on enhancing enterprise performance and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior Finance Executives on topics such as finance process optimization, planning and budgeting, and financial analytics.
- Drive the development and implementation of Finance-related systems and tools (e.g., ERP, Planning & Budgeting tools, Management Dashboards) to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Leverage advanced analytic tools (e.g., Excel VBA, R, Python, SAS, SQL) to generate insights and drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with global teams and industry leaders to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional growth.

Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, with a strong emphasis on consulting in Finance Transformation projects. Experience leading large-scale finance initiatives is essential.
- Proven track record of delivering finance transformation solutions in a consulting capacity, demonstrating strategic impact and measurable outcomes.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Demonstrated experience in effective team leadership and management, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems; experience with analytic tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL) is a plus.
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
