Sales Operations Associate Manager
 
Role Summary
  • Manage the delivery of the Operations team
  • it is necessary to make various decisions, some of which are complex in nature, with concern for the impact on others, but most affect their own area of control.
  • Provide and implement workable solutions to business problems / problems with minimum reference to senior management.
  • Operate independently in meeting the stated business goals and objectives.
  • Perform complex tasks and participate in complex cross-area / function activities.
  • Perform work plans, estimates and priorities to optimize group / resource performance including Operational costs and expenses.
  • Manage financial aspects related to the project.
  • Required to apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts / principles and alternative solutions.
  • Manage effective internal / external client relationships in their own areas of responsibility, build client relationships within a wider group or unit.
  • Aggressive to take on new opportunities for broader aspects to get sales growth B to B in the client.
  • Work with other functions to get sales targets B to B.
  • Encourage process improvement to make the process efficient.


Qualifications

Responsibilities / Authorities 
  • Collaborate with other teams, to produce B to B sales according to the specified target and time.
  • Make an analysis of projects that are / are already running to be able to make a road map for sustainable project development.
  • Supervise and lead the Quality Control team, including providing regular training.
    • Lead and supervise project analysis data. Lead the team to provide internal and external audit support.
    • Manage staff assessments and related training & team member development.
  • In collaboration with the Head of operation Manager to Manage clients for aspects of the Account and Delivery.
    • Oversee the delivery of the accounting process on time as scheduled
    • Ensure that the accounting process is being carried out in accordance with the SLA.
    • Ensure timely management reports are available for periodic reviews.
    • Generate / interpret and analyze dashboards daily, weekly, monthly.
    • Produce implementation and review of resources (ramp plan / backfill), and training plans for teams.
    • Review internal controls and ensure compliance with client requirements.
    • Placing a backup plan for all processes handled.
    • Manage staff assessments and related training & team member development.
    • Make sure updated documentation is available for all processes.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement improvement opportunities.
    • Participate and take initiative in calls with clients
    • Develop best practices
    • Ensure that team members and team leaders maintain high morale.
Skill & Other Important Requirements 
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written. Indonesian Language Ability is an added value.
  • Experts in Computer programs, Excel, Power Point, all MS Office programs and GSuites programs.
  • Expert in financial aspects.
  • Good in communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to handle research and survey methods.
  • Understand and be able to do about workflow design / flow chart diagram.
  • Has the expertise to sell B to B and or account sales.
  • Strong in data analysts, detailed and accurate.
  • Proven handling and managing the team.
  • Process and results oriented.
  • Know well about local Indonesian entities and opportunities (Demographics and characteristics).
  • Willing to travel
  • Proactive.
  • Discipline, professional and good at time management.
  • Understand and experience the teamwork audit method
  • Understand about seminars and training, both online and offline

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum of 6+ years relevant experience
Qualification Requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
