Accenture’s Consulting workforce is involved in business consulting, process design work and the application of technologies to business. Working as a consultant with Accenture, you will build core business, technology and industry expertise helping to deliver world-class business and technology solutions that enable clients to become high performance businesses.  Consultants must be professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact.  In addition, consultants need to apply their skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, and organizational change.  Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of the industry and/or the functional areas they serve. 
The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting, Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting.  This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.
  • Candidates needs to have strong experiences (minimum of 5 years) in managing the account, or selling the service offerings (customized service offerings to help the client meeting their business objectives, not just selling hardware nor software) .
  • Preferably having background in consulting, technology or eCommerce companies 
  • Candidates should be digital literate, having analytical thinking capability, and having exposures in leading business development activities, including crafting the customized solution/offerings, developing proposals, not only managing the account relationship 
  • He or she should also have exposures in one or all the following:
    • Business development or proposal development activities for consulting or outsourcing deals
    • Project delivery in consulting, business / IT shared services, and/or outsourcing
    • Ideating and implementing innovative digital ideas 
  • Management consulting, technology consulting, eCommerce, or digital start-up companies
  • Sales or business development managers who have hands-on experiences in selling/originating large and complex deals
  • Having good relationship with management team of large local and MNC companies 
  • Having good exposures in the following industries: automotive, consumer goods, airline, heavy equipment, retail, and agriculture.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in related field.
