Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
 
Responsibilities –
 
Execute recruitment and sourcing strategies that enable immediate response to increases in recruitment demand across the region, while ensuring that recruitment processes are in line with company's business strategy, recruiting policies and marketing messages
  • Leverage recruiting strategies, techniques, tools, processes, policies, and marketing messages provided by the Global Recruiting Team as well as GU-developed strategies, techniques, tools, etc. to achieve recruiting goals and balance supply and demand.
  • Actively participate in the sourcing planning and market intelligence activities necessary for managing the demand-supply of resources and delivering value from a cost, cycle time, quality, process and customer satisfaction perspective.
  • Optimize the supply generation portion of the recruiting supply chain by utilizing the appropriate supply channels that target qualified candidates as specified by demand.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the area of candidate sourcing, especially in the areas of market research, social networks, job boards, other passive and active candidate sources
  • Work closely with recruitment team leads to quickly and effectively begin the sourcing and prequalifying process.
  • Interface with the Sourcing Team Lead, ASEAN Recruitment Team Leads, local recruiters and stakeholders to ensure consistency of sourcing process . 
  • Interface with all levels of personnel to develop internal relationships that will ensure the achievement of recruiting and sourcing objectives and strategies
Professional Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting environment, candidates from agencies are welcomed;
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in primary sourcing specialties such as cold calling and phone based research
  • Experience in secondary sourcing specialties such as internet searches, passive candidate approach and communicating professionally in an online social network environment (Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter)
  • Expertise with screening and pre-qualifying potential candidates
  • Knowledge of lifecycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment
  • Analytical skills
  • Good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills including English proficiency
  • Proven Adaptability & flexibility
  • Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast paced environment
