As an Accenture BMC Remedy Solution Architect / Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible to develop/grow BMC team in Budapest (Hungary) and plays in cooperation with various internal stakeholders and reflecting market situation as well as support, analyze and design client solutions. You will utilize your existing Service Management / BMC and market knowledge and technical expertise to support various customer needs and develop value propositions.

Provide guidance on strategic and tactical planning with regard to BMC Remedy technologies and processes.
Provide BMC Remedy consulting recommendations for architecture, data model, code customizations, integrations and process reengineering initiatives.
Provide support and leadership for customer's Remedy Problems, Incidents, and Enhancements reported to BMC support.
Assist in any ongoing problem analysis efforts involving BMC Remedy software, processes, and related IT infrastructure
Ability to author and present strategic roadmaps and white papers to customer's executive leadership.
Ability to develop and manage project plans from requirements gathering to final implementation.
Ability to develop training/presentation materials and lead workshops involving BMC Remedy technologies and processes.
Ability to work with BMC Remedy developers and application administrators in troubleshooting issues with the BMC Remedy applications/infrastructure.
This is what you already have:
University or equivalent degree in an IT-related field.
Proven track of records in client/server and Web applications implementation projects.
Working experience in agile software development environment (Scrum/Kanban).
Self-motivation and ability to work in self-organized teams.
Strong communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
Working proficiency in English.
This is what would be advantage for you:
Previous BMC implementation experience. BMC certifications is big advantage.
Experience with other ITSM software (ServiceNow, Cherwell, Axios, JIRA, HP, etc.).
System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
Knowledge of IT Service Management & Operations. ITIL Service Delivery processes and ITIL v3 or ITIL4 certifications is big advantage.
Training package(s) on various BMC and/or Service Mangement areas and possibility to gain certification(s)
International teams and multilingual environment
