For our corporate function team in the Budapest office, we are looking for a colleague as a
People Program Specialist
Full time
Identify, create and implement programs focused on engagement and retention, inclusion and diversity, human capital strategy and change management in Accenture Hungary entities. Provide advisory support to executives on people engagement, change management, inclusion and diversity and talent strategy matters.
What will be your responsibility:
- Translate HR strategy to people program projects and manage them end to end to achieve the strategic goals and related business and HR KPIs
- Monitor employee engagement and experience, identify areas for improvement and create people programs to address engagement challenges
- Work on corporate people initiatives’ local implementation in line with global guidelines and local specifics
- Be the local change management subject matter expert and work with local and regional business and HR stakeholders
- Carry the key responsible I&D Lead role to drive global Inclusion and Diversity agenda for Accenture Hungary
- Follow global initiatives and support of its translation to country level
- Cooperate with Marketing for internal communication and I&D messages
- Create monthly internal I&D newsletter
- Organize and follow-up internal Inclusion and Diversity events
- Coordinate the internal women community and the activities of the I&D volunteers’ group
- Manage communication with external partners (training and event companies, women network organizations, etc.)

Qualifications
Required skills and experience:
- College or university degree in Human Resources or Economy
- Fluent English knowledge (both verbal and written)
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a multinational environment
- Advanced MS Power Point and Word knowledge
- SAP and/or Workday knowledge is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be strategy oriented, well organized, with the ability to work independently
- People oriented with the ability to bring compassionate and modern HR to life
