For our corporate function team in the Budapest office, we are looking for a colleague as a

HR Partner Senior Analyst

                                                Full time

Manage employee integration and engagement activities, annual performance management, performance improvement and associated compensation administration processes in the organization you support. Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives. Handle employee concerns and queries, understand employee’s talent, skills and aspirations. Catalyze demand and staffing accuracy and alignment with business strategy and employee career path. Coach line managers and People Leads, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities. Provide advisory support to executives.

What will be your responsibility:

  • Onboard and integrate new joiners into the supported organization’s practices, follow up probation phase and conduct probation interviews with joiners.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders on new joiner staffing and around staffing decisions of existing people in supported organization.
  • Work with business leadership, present and be accountable for staffing pool availability, organizational review and follow up actions.
  • Partner with practice leads and teams to understand employee skill information, address demand data quality issues, and advise employees on role and upskilling opportunities in line with their aspirations.
  • Present and be accountable for your supported employees’ availability review and next steps for employees and follow up actions on staffing meetings.
  • Coach supported employees on chargeability and productivity targets. Conduct discussions with new & existing employees on their availability and follow up with them in case of charging issues.
  • Support your people in the scheduling process by understanding their needs, preferences, skills, etc. while balancing organizational priorities and metrics. Support the employees in making their preferences visible and considered in the staffing process. Be aware of upcoming project roll-off dates and review with business / employees as appropriate. Coach employees to search for open roles that comply with staffing principles and employee aspirations, discuss role expectations/career development goals.
  • Provide input into headcount movements and chargeability forecasting.
  • Advise employees on resume content to support staffing in line with career goals and self-service approach.
  • Contribute to achieve business strategies, I&D objectives and key trends in the supported practice.
  • Facilitate the Employee Experience initiatives in the practice, including engagement, feedback, coaching and learning.
  • Work with broader HR team to understand talent priorities and talent programs and make employees aware of specific opportunities. Manage and be responsible for the Performance Achievement process for your assigned people group.

    Required skills and experience:

    • College or university degree in Human Resources or Economy
    • Knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law is preferable
    • Fluent English knowledge (both verbal and written)
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a multinational environment
    • Advanced MS Excel and Word knowledge
    • Workday knowledge is preferable
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills
    • Must be detail oriented, accurate and well organized, with the ability to work independently
    • People oriented with the ability to bring compassionate and modern HR to life
