For our corporate function team in the Budapest office, we are looking for a colleague as a

HR Operations Senior Analyst

                                               

Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee entry, offboarding, orientation, integration, internal movements, organizational changes, employee condition changes. Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting policies and global tools. Coach line managers and career counselors, enable them to guide employees on local HR operation and local employment legislation. Provide advisory support to executives on employee relation matters.

What will be your responsibility:

  • Maintain up-to-date employment contracts and documentation in your assigned supervisory organization including personal file maintenance
  • Ensure accurate employee data management in company systems and documents
  • Support New Joiner Orientations
  • Coordinate occupational health services
  • Ensure complete and accurate exit management and leave management in your assigned supervisory organization that you will support
  • Provide administrative and employment relations support to colleagues and provide advice to their HR related queries
  • Support HR reporting
  • Participate in HR data archiving and document maintenance activities
  • Keep contact and cooperate with Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and HR teams locally and internationally
  • Participate in HR Operations backup system to ensure business continuity

    Qualifications

    Required skills and experience:

    • College or university degree in Human Resources or Economy
    • Completed studies and active knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law
    • Fluent English knowledge (both verbal and written)
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a multinational environment
    • Advanced MS Excel and Word knowledge
    • Workday knowledge is preferable
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills
    • Must be detail oriented, accurate and well organized, with the ability to work independently
    • People oriented with the ability to bring compassionate and modern HR to life
