Job Description

This is double position of Receptionist and Workplace assistant. As a Receptionist you will be responsible for administrative functions of the reception desk and you will be providing administrative support and variety of front office services on daily basis. As Workplace assistant you would be responsible for various reporting and tracking, therefore you need to be able to use Microsoft products at a basic level.

What will be your responsibility:

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls

  • Handle incoming/ outcoming mail

  • Direct customers and visitors inquiries

  • Administration of post

  • Ensure security procedure and policy by entering office premises

  • Process workspace and conference space requests

  • Perform administrative duties

  • Invoice administration

  • Stock keeping (office and kitchen)

Required skills and experience:

  • Good level of English language

  • Good customer service skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook applications

  • Ability to learn other tracking methods (SharePoint or other online tool if needed)

  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
