Job Description

Design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the respective function for the delivery of Accenture's total rewards and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable. Manage operational transactions as per the agreed norms.

On this position you will have contract via agency Hays.

What will be your responsibility:

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of local Total Rewards strategy and align it with global guidelines and initiatives

  • Own the Compensation & Benefits planning activities for all Hungarian entities

  • Monitor rewards benchmark data, local compensation trends and align local strategies and compensation plans, define action items and focus areas in order to maintain a competitive position on labor market

  • Maintain internal bonus and benefit programs and policies

  • Process off-cycle compensation adjustment activities

  • Be familiar with and master the company’s Total Rewards systems, processes and tools

  • Drive and support discussions with HR Lead and Business Leads in terms of employee retention, compensation competitiveness, and affordability

  • Cooperate with Recruitment, HR and Finance teams in terms of compensation administration workflow definition, accrual processes and recoverability exercises

Required skills and experience:

  • College or university degree in Finance or Economy

  • Fluent English knowledge (both verbal and written)

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a multination environment

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge

  • Must be detail oriented and well organized, with the ability to work independently
