Job Description

Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, annual performance management, performance improvement and associated compensation administration processes. Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives. Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center and global tools. Coach line managers and career counselors, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities. Provide advisory support to executives.

On this position you will have contract via agency Hays.

What will be your responsibility:

  • Ensure complete and accurate onboarding, exit management and leave management in your assigned supervisory organization that you will support

  • Maintain up-to-date employment contracts and documentation in your assigned supervisory organization including personal file maintenance

  • Ensure accurate employee data management in company systems and documents

  • Arrange and conduct New Joiner Orientations, organize employee engagement activities

  • Coordinate and facilitate annual and mid-year Performance Achievement processes

  • Coordinate occupational health services

  • Provide administrative and employment relations support to colleagues and provide advice to their HR related queries

  • Support HR reporting

  • Participate in HR data archiving and document maintenance activities

  • Keep contact and cooperate with Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and HR teams locally and internationally

  • Participate in HR Partner backup system to ensure business continuity

Required skills and experience:

  • College or university degree in Human Resources or Economy

  • Fluent English knowledge (both verbal and written)

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a multinational environment

  • Advanced MS Excel and Word knowledge

  • SAP and/or Workday knowledge is preferable

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Must be detail oriented, accurate and well organized, with the ability to work independently

  • People oriented with the ability to bring compassionate and modern HR to life
