Job Description

Operation Management:

Responsible for repeatable, predictable and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following:

  • End to End understanding of activities performed for assigned Client.
  • Is responsible for processing HR Transactions.
  • Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured. e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI
  • Understand the Risk associated with the process and the respective mitigation plan for each risk identified; Foresees and identify risks in advance using prior HRT experience to mitigate risk before failure; highlight risks to supervisors that cannot be mitigated
  • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
  • Ensure relevant process documents are referenced while running day to day operations and updated regularly as required.
  • Ensure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations e.g. Opex, Bottoms up etc as applicable to ensure compliance with Customer and Accenture documentation requirements.
  • Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
  • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls
  • Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process.Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to Process.
  • Actively participate in all process related business meeting in-person or virtually through conference calls
  • Participate and ensure that audit requirement as per Accenture/client standards are met
  • Details checklist and day to day task monitoring needs to be complied with

  • Maintains positive and effective work relationships with clients/ customers/on shore
  • Reorganizes own activities to respond effectively to changing needs of customer
  • Inform appropriate stake holders about possible risk using the incidental knowledge to mitigate issues before they happen
  • Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) & does whatever is needed to complete the task on time and error free.
  • Collaborate with client and other Accenture stakeholders to ensure client receives improvised standard of services through continuous improvement
  • Drive Organizational initiatives like We@accenture to maximize client profit

Applications Knowledge:

  • Preferred - Workflow management tool – Service
  • Preferred – WorkDay/PeopleSoft/SAP/SharePoint
  • Required - MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Required skills and experience:

  • Prior working knowledge of HRT Processing is preferred.
  • Candidate must have excellent command over verbal and written English
  • Should be proficient with Office Tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Visio
  • Should be open to working in Night Shift (US Timing) and extended shifts.
