Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure that solutions meet high standards and contribute to overall product excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and enhance automated test scripts to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Management.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and their implementation.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within automated test environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience in scripting and programming languages relevant to test automation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
