Industry X.0

A new area within Accenture Digital is Industry X.0, an advanced, digitally-enabled planning and investment approach for manufacturing and asset-intensive industries. In your role within the Industry X.0 team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves across industries.  You’ll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related services value chains in Communications, Media, High Tech, Chemicals, Products, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities.  As part of Accenture Digital, you’ll benefit from tailored career management and specialist skills that will fuel your ambitions in the Industry X.0 space.

 


Job Description


  • Working on client requests and incidents, monitoring the servers and applications, learning new applications.
  • Knowledge transition for new tools and technologies.
  • Coordinate with L3 team and end users for the ticket investigations, follow client and CIO processes.
  • Participate in performance testing of applications, attend various meetings for deployment and outage.
  • After deployment (weekday and weekend deployment) coordinate with other teams and stakeholders, be on-call support on weekends/holidays. 

Basic Requirements:


  • Experience handling Asp.Net application with SQL Server backend.
  • Experience in ITIL based 24X7 production support with SLAs Working with global teams.
  • Able to work on different shifts.
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
