  • On-site work as a first line support for our customer
  • Ability to resolve simple standard requests
  • Reporting issues in an appropriate manner and in the right format
  • Ability to coordinate issues resolution and direct questions to the relevant team
  • Report on the progress of issues resolution
  • Good understanding of business demands (setting expectations and proposing solutions proactively)

  • Good functional knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 financial applications (Accounts receivable, Collections, Cash management)
  • Ability to work as a “bridge” between different teams and direct tickets to the right team (admin., functional, technical, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of service desk processes and procedures
  • Desire to learn new tools and processes and learn them fast
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a 1st line – 2nd line support
  • Fluency in English
Nice to have:
  • Strong financial background is a big plus (billing, collections) for retail, distribution or telecom companies
  • Knowledge of Italian language
