Council of Fashion Designers of America

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and Accenture, the Official Innovation Partner of the CFDA’s Retail Lab, are defining the future of fashion and retail through groundbreaking programs that help emerging and established fashion designers gain practical retail experience, better connect with customers and drive business results.




H&M Foundation Global Change Award

The H&M Foundation created the Global Change Award to identify game changing ideas and recognize five early stage innovators in fashion. The winners share a €1 million grant and get access to a one-year innovation accelerator provided by the H&M Foundation, Accenture and the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.


New York Fashion Tech Lab

Accenture is a 2018 Program Partner to the New York Fashion Tech Lab, a community-driven, relationship-building, collaboration and business development platform created to support women-led companies developing innovations at the intersection of fashion, retail and technology.


Retail Week

Accenture is the headline partner of Retail Week’s Be Inspired initiative, which promotes gender balance at all levels across the retail industry and encourages women to fulfil their career aspirations. Be Inspired aims to unlock potential, develop skills, and foster the right culture for a balanced workforce, through a series of events and activities led by inspirational retail industry leaders.


Retail Industry Leaders Association

The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and Accenture launched the (R)Tech Center for Innovation to accelerate retail innovation and invigorate retail’s reputation with innovators. The center engages chief innovation and digital officers, and exposes C-Suite executives to the technologies and trends driving the retail industry’s future.


XRC Labs

XRC Labs is an innovation accelerator for the next generation of disruptors in retail and consumer goods. This joint venture that started between Kurt Salmon (part of Accenture) and the Parsons School of Design at the New School offers a “living lab” where companies can test and learn new digital retailing strategies without the risk of full-scale implementation.
