How can operations engagements go from “lift and shift” to wide-scale transformation in just two years?


Nearly half of buyers surveyed in recent Accenture-sponsored research indicate that they expect to be in a transformational engagement within the next two years. But the reality is that today, the same percentage of buyers are in “lift and shift” mode—simply transferring operations from in-house to a provider.
