The Commonwealth of Massachusetts embarked on an ambitious plan to provide a single solution to not only transform policies, procedures and practices for real estate, but to also improve focus on customer service and quality. The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) provides leadership and value to the care and control of the Commonwealth’s capital assets, including the oversight of 80 million square feet of property.
