How I put change in motion
Over the years, I’ve come to realize that proactiveness is key to success. A proactive act can be understanding needs and expectations, proposing ideas and options, careful and thorough preparation, thinking out of the box, and many more. I reckon that proactive means being professional and active at the same time.
A recent win was initiated from a client’s struggle to transform its customer service. After listening to their pain points, we immediately organized the harvest from previous projects, and proposed fit-for-purpose use cases to showcase the potential that Accenture could unleash for them. The client simply couldn’t wait to kick start the project.

A day in my life
There will never be a typical day at Accenture. I enjoy projects of different purposes. Currently, I focus on technology consulting projects covering business case development, use case discovery, and functional design. I also partner with technical architects on recommending technology options and solutions design. At times I work on business development work and delivery projects. I have always believed that a successful consultant possesses extensive experience and all-round competence from project discovery to delivery.

My advice
Keeping an open mind has been my motto at work since the first day. During my interview, I was asked what “strategy” meant to me. I wasn’t very happy with my answer at that moment, so I revisited this question from time to time, and my answer would be different every time.
