Your Role: S&C Data Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through their data-driven transformations by providing data strategy roadmap, operating model design, data management, data governance, business value use cases, and driving innovative solutions
  • Deliver on data analytics transformation, data science, data governance, data management, or data-related initiative engagements
  • Provide advisory to management, executives, and implementations teams in areas on Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Management, and other data-related initiatives 
  • Lead diverse teams to complete project delivery that involves various stakeholders such as Chief Analytics Officers, Data Scientists, Chief Data Officers, Data Engineers, Data Monetization, and Data Governance. 
  • Inspire the new generation of data enthusiasts with your strategy and vision and be a coach to our clients and Accenture colleagues.
  • Drive business development and build lasting relationships through quality of work and relationship building



  • At least 5+ years leading end-to-end data transformations, or a deep domain knowledge or experience in a data analytics-related domain, such as Data Science or Machine Learning
  • Exceptional communication skills that can explain complex data concepts to stakeholders
  • Strong Experience with Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, Data Warehousing, Enterprise Data Analytics Platforms, or Customer 360 solutions is a plus
  • Excellent experience building dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc
  • Experience in Machine Learning Operations or Machine Learning frameworks; and have experience building machine learning models
  • Strong data science experience is a plus.
  • Extensive experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Strong industry knowledge within data architecture and data design
  • Data governance principles and an understanding of data culture within a business setting
  • Hands-on skills in Industry solution development and PoC implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship management
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, ensuring your thoughts and needs are heard and understood
  • Ability to meet travel requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university
  • Major in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Math, Econometrics etc. are an advantage
