Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software capabilities with business objectives is a key aspect, alongside continuous refinement and optimization of existing solutions to meet evolving requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, coding standards, and testing procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data models and pipelines within cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage large-scale data storage solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with integrating Snowflake with various data ingestion and transformation tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues to maintain system reliability.
- Capability to collaborate with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive data solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
