Your Role

Joining our interactive team, means having a startup attitude and an open mind to learn and deliver digital solutions for our clients.   Human Centric Design and Agile Delivery are key to our approach.  

The MarTech Consultant role is part of the Digital Interactive team and is responsible for driving CRM and customer data related solutions and managing project delivery. The functional consultant will need to be able to articulate CRM/customer data MarTech solutions both internally and externally and must be comfortable with working in collaboration with clients and internal teams to delivery success.  

The MarTech solutions in mind will deal with customer marketing data, and customer CRM data hence integration could include marketing  

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to conceptualize and propose CRM and customer data MarTech digital solution approaches 

  • Plan delivery with build scope, technical resources and timelines 

  • Provide advisory on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud  

  • Elicit Technical requirements using different type of activities including interview, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, and scenarios 

  • Managing requirements at the project level to help fulfill business needs 

  • Assist and Prepare business case if applicable 

  • Maintain timely communications to client stakeholders throughout project life cycle to ensure common understanding of requirements and impact to business/tech area among the project team and client 

  • Support new business opportunities and RFPs.

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • With minimum 3 years of experience in solutioning / driving / managing digital projects with at least 2 years of experience in CRM and customer data related projects  

  • Demonstrate stakeholder management ability, to interact professionally with diverse group of key decision-makers, internally and externally 

  • Excellent communication skill, high proficiency in both verbal and written English. (Cantonese or Mandarin is an added advantage) 

  • Experience in different kinds of CRM / customer data and MarTech platforms especially the Salesforce Marketing Cloud 

  • Exposure to regional channel integrations (e.g. WeChat, Alipay, Line) would be highly regarded 

  • Scrum/Agile Methodology knowledge and exposure would be an advantage 

  • Design Thinking knowledge and exposure would be an advantage 

  • China and regional exposure would be an advantage
